Most people need at least 7-9 hours of sleep every night to have a functioning following day. Easy ways to create a relaxing bedtime routine is to keep the TV out of the bedroom and avoid any screen time once your head hits the pillow. Take this time to read a book, meditate, pray, or whatever it is that helps you wind down for the best night of sleep possible.
