AVRE is a sustainable shoe brand that creates modern yet sustainable footwear designed with women in mind.

P.E.T is short for polyethylene terephthalate, which is the chemical name for polyester. PET is considered a ‘safe’ plastic, BPA free, and has been approved as safe for contact with foods and beverages by the FDA and other health and safety agencies. P.E.T is completely recyclable and more than 1.5 billion pounds of used P.E.T bottles and containers are recovered in the United States, making it one of the most widely recycled plastics on Earth.

All designs are created in sunny Southern California and manufactured in Dong Guan, China.

We are ethically made and produced fairly. We stand behind all and any values surrounding ethics and fair work. We ensure that all employees are paid fairly, include over-time pay if needed, and offer health insurance.

Transparency is at utmost importance for us. Since we are a new brand, we are currently in the process of receiving certifications. Please keep following along, and we will be sure to make an announcement once we receive our official certificates!

YES! We donate 10% of all proceeds to charitable organizations such as, Oceana and Girls in Tech. Additionally, AVRE employees participate in team building activities like beach clean ups to support keeping our oceans free of marine debris.
