Doesn't fit? Don't like it anymore? No problem! We will gladly offer you a free return label if your order was shipped within the contiguous United States. For international orders, you will be responsible to ship your items back to us or you can contact our support team to see what other options are available. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a label within 24-48 hours. Please state your order # in the subject line and if you want a refund or an exchange for another size.
Please affix the return label on top of the original one and since we're all about recycling; please use the same shoe box to return the item! Simply peel off the secondary adhesive tape to seal the box. Then just drop it off at your nearest post office, UPS Store, or hand it to your mail carrier. Simple! (Please allow 24-48 hours for the return label to process.)
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the ship date.
- All items must be returned in new/unworn condition with all of its original packaging including all paperwork, parts & accessories with tags attached.
- Pack your items securely in the original product packaging. Merchandise that is worn or missing contents may be subject up to a 40% restocking fee or it will not be eligible for refund if it's heavily used.
- We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) which will be refused with the shipping carrier.

- Returns for a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note: Once the refund is processed, it may take a few days for the credit to reflect on your bank account. The timing will vary depending on your bank and the form of payment. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your package. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. If the original credit card that was used for the purchase is no longer valid to be refunded, we will then email a gift card of the approved amount. We will not be able to mail out any checks as refunds.
- We do not accept any exchanges at the moment. If you would like to exchange an item we suggest that you process a return and place a new order to lock in that item.
- If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange for your return. You can start a return process by emailing us a photo of the defective item you received. You can email us at email@example.com
- Packages that are returned to us due to insufficient address, undelivered due to multiple attempts, refused, etc. will be subject to a restocking fee of $8. The restocking fee will be applied to the amount refunded.
- To re-ship your package, please contact us to arrange.
- Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment. In this situation, the customer will not be eligible for any refunds.
